Gluing Soles
Regluing sneaker soles
1. COMPLETELY REMOVE OLD Where possible
2. GRIND use cone for tricky bits
Remove insoles and attach job ticket to insoles.
3. GLUE Clear glue. Usually 1 coat clear on both eva midsole and rubber outsole.
4. COLD Trial Assemble, mark toe and heel with silver pen and notice how the sole fits for length and width.
5. Heat, heat gun might be easier than oven
6. Fit the toe, fit the heel, bend shoe to accomodate length issues. Go around the entire edge ensuring it is all well lined up and well glued and squeezing by hand.
Hammer, press carefully so as not to destroy glue layer. Press with less pressure but for longer

Soles - Tricky Bucket soles
This step is only for deep bucket soles. Re

3. GLUE Clear glue. Prime EVA and TPR
4. COLD Assemble, mark toe and heel with silver
6. GLUE UPPER Quickly and assemble wet
7. WAIT 5min Use props, get it to sit well
8. HEATGUN unglued bits, push, hammer, press
9. WAIT 5min Check and reheat where needed
10. ATOM on glue line ... if appropriate
